You may want to ask them to kill some time at work watching these vids. From our friends at North Sails and Harken, they have been out on Youtube for a few years now and not taken down, so thinking they are OK with them being up and think of them as advertisement now. Anyway, they are a great way to get someone new up to speed on what they are getting into and come with a catchy little tune.
